Luigi's Mansion Arcade stays stuck at the Loading. What's strange is when I first ran this for the very first time I was able to play it with no problem but now nothing wants to work. No buttons want to work I can't get to the TEST screen or anything that dial just spins forever till I quit. I'm not sure how to fix that I/O Check that also says Fail some reason?

screen shows up then I wait for it to start then there's a Checking screen and in the bottom right corner with a dial that's spinning super fast. For some reason whenever I try to load Mario Kart Arcade GP DX it acts like it's going to work as the Now Loading.
